Victoria represents the voices of the women who have been brutally murdered for defending Colombia's rural land. These women were raped and killed by armed groups for simply trying to preserve nature - rivers, forests, and mountains. They are invisible to the Colombian government and to the world. Though they may continue to be victims of violence, thanks to the efforts of OXFAM Intermón, their stories will not be silenced.
